The new Buttermilk Pancake Cookie features a warm buttermilk pancake cookie glazed with buttermilk syrup and finished with a dollop of buttercream frosting. Basically, it's a cookie with various forms of butter and looks like a single stack of pancakes.
You can find the new Buttermilk Pancake Cookie at Crumbl Cookies locations across the country as well as online through December 4, 2021. The cookie chain rotates a selection of 4 to 5 cookies every week.
Other cookies available this week include Snickerdoodle, Hot Chocolate (a warm chocolate cookie topped with melted chocolate and mini marshmallows), Red Velvet White Chip, Classic Sugar, and Milk Chocolate Chip.
