McDonald's Indonesia Serves Up New Fried Pie with Pizza Filling

McDonald's Indonesia serves up a new fried pie with pizza filling aptly named the "Pizza Pie" as part of a limited-time, Italian-themed "Taste of Italy" menu.

The Pizza Pie features a crispy-fried pie crust filled with tomato sauce, cheese, peppers, and mushrooms.

Other new items on the Italian-themed menu include:

- Beef Alfredo Burger - A grilled beef patty, Alfredo sauce, cheese, and scrambled eggs, served on a sesame seed bun.

- McSpicy Alfredo Burger - A spicy crispy-fried thigh filet served with Alfredo sauce, chili sauce, and lettuce on a sesame bun.

- Tiramisu Iced Coffee (and Tiramisu Iced Coffee Float) - Iced coffee with Tiramisu-flavored syrup. You can also get it with jelly and/or vanilla soft serve on top.

- Tiramisu McFlurry - Vanilla soft ice cream mixed with Tiramisu-flavored syrup and a choice of either crushed Biscoff cookies or crushed Oreo cookies.

- Italian Soda (and Italian Cream Soda) - A layered drink with that offers the flavors of strawberry and lemon with coconut gel. The cream soda version comes topped with vanilla soft serve.

The limited-time Taste of Italy menu is available at McDonald's restaurants in Indonesia through January 16, 2022.
