While it's technically new, Taco Bell's Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa simply swaps out the sour cream and three-cheese blend of the Chalupa Supreme for Creamy Chipotle sauce and shredded cheddar, respectively. Other than the sauce swap and slight cheese change, you get the same seasoned beef (or other protein), lettuce, and tomatoes on a fried Chalupa shell.
Creamy Chipotle sauce has found itself in a Chalupa before when Taco Bell offered the Triplelupa.
In terms of pricing, you can get a Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa with either seasoned beef or black beans for a suggested price of $3.59, with chicken for a suggested price of $3.99, or with steak for a suggested price of $4.19.
Taco Bell also offers the Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa for a suggested price of $7.59. It includes two Chipotle Cheddar Chalupas (with seasoned beef), a crunchy taco, and a large fountain drink.
