Panda Express Tests New Mapo Tofu with Beyond Beef and Strings Beans with Beyond Beef in Pasadena, CA

Panda Express tests two new dishes featuring Beyond Beef--new Mapo Tofu with Beyond Beef and new String Beans with Beyond Beef--for a limited time at their Innovation Kitchen location in Pasadena, CA.

Panda Express' Mapo Tofu with Beyond Beef features firm tofu and plant-based Beyond Beef wok-tossed in a spicy Sichuan garlic sauce, while their String Beans with Beyond Beef consists of string beans and Beyond Beef wok-tossed in savory garlic sauce.

According to the chain, the new test dishes are aimed toward "flexitarians"--that is, folks who mostly eat a vegetarian diet but still occasionally eat meat.

Both Mapo Tofu with Beyond Beef and String Beans with Beyond Beef can be found at Panda Express' Innovation Kitchen through February 23, 2022.
