Yoshinoya Cooks Up New Udon Noodles

Yoshinoya introduces new Japanese Udon Noodles as a new side/carb option that features udon, a thick wheat-flour noodle found in Japanese cuisine.

Yoshinoya's Japanese Udon Noodles consists of stir-fried udon grilled with carrots, cabbage, and onion in a savory soy sauce. The beef bowl chain describes the dish as "slightly sweet and delightfully chewy."

The noodles can be ordered as part of any bowl for a slight upcharge or as a standalone side. This isn't the first time that Yoshinoya has offered an udon dish as back in 2012, they had Yaki Udon on the menu.
