California Pizza Kitchen Puts Together New 2022 Spring Menu Items

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) welcomes spring 2022 with a number of new dishes and drinks, including the Catalina Chicken Sandwich, Wild Mushroom + Brie Soup, and more. Here's all you'll find on CPK's seasonal spring menu:

- Catalina Chicken Sandwich - A sandwich with lightly-breaded chicken breast, caramelized onions, baby greens, whipped goat cheese, and Sriracha aioli.

- California Caprese Sandwich - A sandwich with Roma tomatoes, basil, cucumbers, fresh Mozzarella, and house-made Lemon Herb vinaigrette (you can also get it with oven-roasted turkey breast).

- Wild Mushroom + Brie Soup - "Rich, creamy and decadent" wild mushroom and brie soup.

- Baja Crunch Salad - Roasted corn & black bean salsa and spinach topped with crispy-fried corn tortilla strips, toasted pepitas, and house-made herb ranch.

- Oceanside cocktail - Gray Whale Gin with agave lime and basil.

- Big Sur cocktail - Gray Whale Gin with Monin Lavender syrup, agave lime, lemon, and lavender.

- Golden State Lemonade - Lemonade with turmeric and mint.

- Desert Pear Lemonade - Lemonade with "sweet floral combinations of ripe pear and the fruit of prickly pear cactus" plus mint.
