IHOP's Extra Cheesy Omelettes come in two varieties: the Cheeseburger Omelette and the Deluxe Three Cheese & Bacon Omelette
The Cheeseburger Omelette includes Black Angus ground beef, American cheese, Jack & Cheddar cheeses, onions, diced tomatoes & pickles, hash browns, ketchup, and mustard. Here in Los Angeles, it costs $15.99 with a choice of side. They offered a similar omelette back in 2017.
The Deluxe Three Cheese & Bacon Omelette comes stuffed and topped with Jack & Cheddar cheeses, white cheese sauce, hickory-smoked bacon, hash browns, and roasted cherry tomatoes. It also goes for $15.99 with a choice of side.
IHOP's Protein Pancakes offer a twist on the chain's signature buttermilk pancakes and are made with whole grain rolled oats, barley, rye, chia, and flax. A stack of four protein pancakes is good for 37 grams of protein.
IHOP's Protein Pancakes can be ordered in one of three varieties, including Protein Power Pancakes (topped with whipped butter), Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes (made with blueberries and topped with lemon ricotta and more blueberries; a lemon wedge is also included), and Strawberry Banana Protein Pancakes (made with banana slices and topped with glazed strawberries and more banana slices).
In my area, a full stack (4) of Protein Pancakes cost $10.49 (versus $9.99 for classic buttermilk pancakes), while the fruit varieties cost $11.99.
