Thursday, May 5, 2022 is Cinco de Mayo, which celebrates anniversary of Mexico's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862 and is not Mexico's Independence Day (which is September 16). It's a holiday that's celebrated more here in the US than in Mexico so here are some deals to help you celebrate Cinco de Mayo:

- Chipotle - They're offering $0 delivery fee nationwide through May 6, 2022, when ordering digitally via the Chipotle app or Chipotle.com and using the promo code "DELIVER" at checkout.

- Chuy's - On May 5, 2022, they're celebrating Cinco de Mayo with happy hour all day and $5 Queso appetizers.

- Del Taco - On May 5, 2022, Del Yeah Rewards members can find a "buy-one-get-one-free" deal on Epic Burritos in the app that can be only be used that day when ordering through the app or Del Taco website.

- El Pollo Loco - On May 5, 2022, you can get a free custom El Pollo Loco x Tapatío bottle with any order placed on the El Pollo Loco app or website. On the same day, they're also offering two Premium Tacos for $5. Finally, through May 5, 2022, you can get a $10 bonus card with the purchase of a $50 e-gift card.

- Laredo Taco Company - On May 5, 2022, text subscribers can get a free Chicken or Beef Fajita Taco using a mobile coupon at participating locations. You can sign up for their taco club by texting "Tacos" to 88388.
