Potbelly's Lemon Cheesecake Cookie features a cookie with the "bright, tart" taste of lemon embedded with bits of cheesecake.

The limited-time cookies are baked in each shop daily and joins a cookie selection that also includes Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Sugar, and Chocolate Brownie varieties.
