Cracker Barrel Cooks Up New Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes

Cracker Barrel cooks up new Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes as part of the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast. They also add two breakfast meat options in new Impossible Sausage and new Spicy Chicken Sausage.

The Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes consist of two folded buttermilk pancakes with cheesecake filling, topped with seasonal fruit and powdered sugar, and served with strawberry syrup. The breakfast plate also includes two eggs plus a choice of either thick-sliced bacon or smoked sausage (you can also pick new Impossible Sausage or Spicy Chicken Sausage for an upcharge).

Ordering Impossible Sausage as a side gets you two plant-based Impossible Sausage patties, while a side of of Spicy Chicken Sausage gets you two Spicy Chicken Sausage links. Impossible Sausage is Cracker Barrel's first plant-based protein option.

Prices vary but the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast goes for $15.39 here in Southern California.
