California Pizza Kitchen's 2022 Summer Menu Includes Return of California Fields Salad and More

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) features seafood and fresh produce for summer 2022, including the return of the California Fields Salad, new Seafood Cioppino, and more.

Here's what you'll find on CPK's 2022 seasonal summer menu:

- California Fields Salad - Fresh watermelon, strawberries, and baby greens, topped with Feta, fresh basil, and California pistachios, and served with house-made Champagne vinaigrette.

- Seafood Cioppino - Blue mussels, calamari, white fish, bay scallops, and shrimp in a white wine tomato broth with fennel, garlic, and fresh basil. It comes with a grilled baguette on the side.

- Salmon with Pan-Roasted Summer Vegetables - North Atlantic salmon roasted on a cedar plank served with fingerling potatoes, cherry tomatoes, charred onions, and bell peppers with garlic, capers, red chili, and fresh Italian parsley.

- Strawberry Shortcake -  A shortcake biscuit topped with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream, and house-made candied lemon zest.

- Summer Fruit Sangria - A blend of Rose, watermelon, and basil-infused Grey Goose Vodka, with fresh strawberries, watermelon, and mint.

- Sparkling Watermelon Cooler - Pureed watermelon with lime, Monin watermelon, and sparkling water.
