In addition to the green tea-fed pork patty, the Boseong Green Tea Pork Burger includes a spicy cheese sauce, bacon, cabbage, red onion, and mayo on a sesame seed bun.
The pork patty features pork that is fed organic, fermented green tea from Boseong, which is a region famous for producing green tea. Apparently, green tea-fed pork contains less contain less odor, fat, and cholesterol versus traditionally-fed pork (Ed. note - sounds a bit like grass-fed beef).
