Outback's Summer Salad features wild arugula, Romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, cinnamon pecans, and goat cheese crumbles, tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette. It comes topped with your choice of grilled or crispy-fried chicken.
The Filet & Shrimp on the Barbie entree features chargrilled filet medallions and Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie (shrimp seasoned with a "special" blend of herbs and spices and then grilled over flames on a skewer) served over seasoned rice. The entree also comes with a side of remoulade and fresh seasonal veggies (you can also opt for two sides of your choice over the rice and veggies).
The Bone-In Ribeye & Choice of Sauce entree includes an 18-oz ribeye steak topped with a choice of either roasted garlic butter, savory peppercorn sauce, or a spicy Fresno chili jam. It comes with two sides of your choice.
