Yoshinoya's Gyoza (which are Japanese potsticker dumplings) feature dumplings filled with pork, ginger, garlic, and green onions that are then flash-fried and steamed. Each order comes with Gyoza dipping sauce (which like the dipping sauce for Chinese potstickers tend to be a combination of soy sauce and rice vinegar but can also include sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and the like).
Gyoza can be ordered in 5- and 10-piece orders. Prices vary but they cost $3 and $5 per order, respectively, near me.
