Charleys Old School Cheesesteak features a choice of extra steak or chicken, melted Kraft Cheez Whiz, sauteed onions, and optional hot pepper relish on a toasted roll. In comparison, the chain's Philly Cheesesteak consists of grilled USDA choice steak, grilled green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and melted provolone cheese (they'll also add mayo, tomato, shredded lettuce, and/or pickles as you like) on a toasted roll.
Old School Fries features a bed of French fries topped with USDA choice steak, Kraft Cheez Whiz, sauteed onions, and optional hot pepper relish.
