A 3-count box of 3-fl-oz bars costs about $3.79 but I received this courtesy of Turkey Hill.
The ice cream was creamy, soft, and somewhat airy with very mild flavors in comparison to the milk chocolate shell. While both the caramel and chocolate flavors of were notably subdued, the lack of caramel notes was especially apparent against the much stronger, sweeter flavor of the milk chocolate coating. It was to the point where, if blindfolded, I would not have guess it was caramel ice cream at all (I probably would have guess something like "sweet cream").
The milk chocolate shell of the Chocolate & Caramel Dipped Duos was smooth, thick, sweet, creamy, and chocolaty. It also offered a nice crunch. As you may have guessed, it carried the bulk of the ice cream bar's flavor given the lightly-flavored ice cream inside.
Overall, Turkey Hill Chocolate & Caramel Dipped Duos ice cream bar was enjoyable to eat and well-suited for a milk-chocolate-covered ice cream bar but seriously lacks in the caramel department.
