Burger King Portugal Serves Up New Burgers with Crispy Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Patties

Burger King Portugal serves up several new "Chili Cheese" burgers that are so-named because they each come with a deep-fried patty version of Jalapeno Cheddar Bites (which are known as "Chili Cheese Bites" in Portugal).

Burger King's Jalapeno Cheddar Bites are crispy-fried bites of melted cheddar cheese and jalapeno pieces. The patty for the Chili Cheese burgers are just a burger-sized patty version of the same.

In addition to the Chili Cheese patty, Burger King Portugal's Chili Cheese Burgers each include a slice of cheddar cheese, creamy jalapeno sauce, tomato, and a choice of either one or two crispy-fried chicken pattie(s), flame-grilled beef pattie(s), or flame-grilled plant-based pattie(s).
