Enlightened's Bake the World a Better Place offers the brand's take on pecan pie and consists of pecan-pie-flavored ice cream with pecans, flaky pie crust pieces, and a honey-flavored swirl. All the profits from sales of the flavor will go to non-profit Diversity Dietetics. It comes in at 140 calories per 2/3-cup serving and contains 75 percent less sugar (8g per serving) than regular ice cream.
Enlightened's Pumpkin Cheesecake is a pumpkin light ice cream with cheesecake chunks. It contains 120 calories per serving and also contains 75 percent less sugar than regular ice cream.
