Sonic's new Fried Cookie Dough Bites a la Mode features edible chocolate chip cookie dough fried until crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Each order comes with a side of ice cream for dipping. The idea is to give a different presentation (a "unique Sonic twist") of a warm, chocolate chip cookie.
Sonic's Broccoli Cheddar Tots are a slightly healthier take on tater tots that offers a full serving of vegetables per large order. They were first introduced in fall of 2021 and are basically a fried, bite-sized take on a broccoli cheddar casserole.
A 3-piece order of Fried Cookie Dough Bites a la Mode carries a suggested price of $2.99, while the suggested price for Broccoli Cheddar Tots start at $2.19 for a small. Both menu items are available nationwide for a limited time through November 27, 2022, while supplies last.
Additionally, Broccoli Cheddar Tots are available for half-price during Happy Hour for Sonic App users at participating locations.
