Noodles & Company's new Impossible Panko Chicken features a crispy-fried panko breadcrumb coating and is meant to have a "juicy, springy white-meat texture" as well as "a savory chicken flavor". Each 80 gram serving contains 12 grams of protein and no cholesterol and contains 25% less total fat and 40% less saturated fat per serving compared to actual chicken.
Impossible Panko Chicken can be added to any dish you like but is featured in two new dishes: Impossible Orange Chicken Lo Mein and Leanguini Rosa with Impossible Chicken.
Impossible Orange Chicken Lo Mein consists of Asian-style noodles, snap peas, napa, and red cabbage, sauteed in orange sauce and topped with Impossible Panko Chicken, green onions, black sesame seeds, and cilantro.
Leanguini Rosa with Impossible Chicken offers the chain's propriety Leanguini noodles in spicy tomato cream sauce along with mushrooms, Roma tomato, and spinach, topped with Impossible Panko Chicken and parmesan cheese.
