Qdoba Adds New Brisket Birria

Qdoba adds new Brisket Birria to the menu as a new protein option for their various entrees at all US and Canada locations.

Qdoba's Brisket Birria features shredded beef brisket slow-cooked for 10 hours in chiles and garlic.

Besides being available for the chain's Create Your Own entrees, Brisket Birria also finds itself featured in two QuesaBirria entrees, including:

- QuesaBirria Quesadilla - Brisket Birria, 3-Cheese Queso, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese grilled in a folded flour tortilla and served with guacamole and sour cream.

- QuesaBirria Burrito - Brisket Birria, 3-Cheese Queso, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, salsa roja, cilantro lime rice, and black beans wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
