Mod's No Name Cakes are basically home-made version of a Hostess Ding Dong snack cake.
The regular menu No Name Cake features a puck-shaped chocolate cake with a vanilla buttercream center, covered in a chocolaty glaze. The chain is currently featuring a limited-time Chocolate Peppermint version for the holiday season, which features a chocolate cake with a peppermint cream center, coated in dark chocolate and candy cane sprinkles.
Prices vary but a regular No Name Cake goes for $2.87 near me, while the Chocolate Peppermint No Name Cake is $3.17 (which basically means you can get three No Name Cakes for the price of two using the deal).
The deal marks the first week of Mod's "Rewards-a-Palooza" promotion, which promises "5 weeks of deals and holiday surprises" to members of their Mod Rewards loyalty program.
