Wendy's Garlic Fries features a bed of natural-cut, skin-on, sea-salted fries drizzled with a garlic and herb sauce.
I paid $3.99 for an order.
The fries were nice and crispy with a moderate fried potato flavor that held up well against the garlic and herb sauce. They were, however, very heavily salted on this occasion.
Although, visually, it matched the color of the French fries a little too well, the garlic and herb sauce offered a substantial and savory, garlicky flavor tinged with notes of parsley and parmesan. It went very nicely with the fries (although it really pushed my already salty fries over the salty edge).
Overall, Wendy's Garlic Fries presented a really enjoyable flavor to Wendy's crispy fries. I just regret not asking for unsalted fries as the extra hit of salt was off-putting.
