Review: Wendy's - Peppermint Frosty

Wendy's Peppermint Frosty features the chain's vanilla Frosty base mixed with peppermint syrup.

I paid $2.29 for a small.

My particular Frosty was fairly thick and smooth with tiny, visible ice crystals. It was easy to eat with a spoon and there wasn't too much liquid as I got to the bottom of my cup (i.e. it didn't melt too quickly).

Flavor-wise, there was an initial vanilla flavor that quickly gave way to a mellow and cool minty flavor. It was nice enough but was maybe a bit too simple as it was a little forgettable.

Taken altogether, Wendy's Peppermint Frosty was just okay for me. The texture and quality was good but there was something missing with the peppermint flavor.
