The ice cream flavor features Mackenzie Creamery (a family-run, small-batch creamery in Ohio) goat cheese with red sauce made with a mix of fresh Michigan cherries and sugar-plumped dried cherries. It's meant to taste like cherry cheesecake.
You can find Jeni's Goat Cheese with Red Cherries ice cream now in the chain's scoop shops as well as the Jeni's online store (at $12 a pint).
