I bought one for $5.29. Unlike the regular Original Chicken Sandwich, it is not available as part of the "two for $7" mix-and-match deal.
The bun was only very lightly toasted. It was soft and dense with not much resilience to it (i.e. it squishes down and doesn't really spring back).
The chicken patty was salty with a moist interior and crispy breaded crust.
The jalapenos were lightly crispy but came in very small pieces that felt like getting the odds and ends at the bottom of a bag of chips. Combined with the cheese, there was a moderately spicy kick to the sandwich.
The cheese was smooth and thick and applied in two thin layers to both the top and bottom bun. The coverage wasn't great but it was good enough for a slightly spicy, nacho cheese-like flavor throughout.
Taken altogether, I quite enjoyed Burger King's Mexican Original Chicken Sandwich. The chicken patty was relatively fresh out of the fryer and, while they weren't much to look at, the cheese and the crispy jalapenos were tasty. The sandwich is more like a Nacho Cheese Original Chicken Sandwich though. If they were going for more of a Mexican concept, I think pico de gallo, salsa, and/or guacamole/avocado would probably fit better.
