Chick-fil-A's Cauliflower Sandwich features a filet cut from a whole cauliflower that is marinated, breaded, and pressure-cooked in the same manner as Chick-fil-A's regular chicken filet. Like the chicken version, the new cauliflower filet comes served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips.
According to Chick-fil-A, it took almost four years from creation, development, and in-house testing to arrive at the upcoming market test of the Cauliflower Sandwich.
If you happen to be one of the three test areas and are curious to try the new sandwich, you can check the Chick-fil-A mobile app or contact your local Chick-fil-A restaurant to check for participation in the test.
