Chick-fil-A Tests New Cauliflower Sandwich in Three Areas Starting February 13, 2023

Chick-fil-A looks into adding a more vegetable-heavy, chicken-less version of their signature Chicken Sandwich with a limited-time test of the new Cauliflower Sandwich in three markets--Denver, CO; Charleston, SC; and the Greensboro-Triad area of NC--starting Monday, February 13, 2023.

Chick-fil-A's Cauliflower Sandwich features a filet cut from a whole cauliflower that is marinated, breaded, and pressure-cooked in the same manner as Chick-fil-A's regular chicken filet. Like the chicken version, the new cauliflower filet comes served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips.

According to Chick-fil-A, it took almost four years from creation, development, and in-house testing to arrive at the upcoming market test of the Cauliflower Sandwich.
