The spicy nuggets and patties are meant to add a spicy kick of heat to the brand's original plant-based "chicken" recipe, while the new tenders offer a savory blend of spices in a larger, longer shape that's ideal for wraps and salads.
Compared with chicken, the plant-based chicken alternatives contain "up to 35% less total fat and up to 55% less saturated fat" and no cholesterol. All three new products contain 10 to 12g protein per serving.
Impossible Spicy Chicken Nuggets, Impossible Spicy Chicken Patties, and Impossible Chicken Tenders can be found in the frozen aisle at select retailers starting this month with national availability set to arrive in the coming months.
