Shake Shack Welcomes New White Truffle Menu

Truffle makes its way back on the Shake Shack menu with the arrival of the new White Truffle menu, which is available at Shake Shack restaurants nationwide now for a limited time.

Shake Shack's White Truffle menu features a white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil and includes the following items:

- White Truffle Burger - A Fontina cheeseburger topped with white truffle sauce and crispy-fried sweet onions on a toasted potato bun (pricing may vary but starts at $8.99).

- White Truffle 'Shroom Burger - A crispy-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with white truffle sauce and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun (pricing may vary but starts at  $8.99).

- Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce - Crinkle-cut  topped with parmesan cheese and served with white truffle sauce (pricing may vary but starts at $4.69).

Regalis organic white truffle oil is described on their website as "arbequina olive oil with a creamy texture, earthy aftertaste, and stunning complexity."

Shack Shack previously featured truffles with the release of a limited-time Black Truffle menu in 2021.
