Insomnia's Spring Baked collection is available now in the chain's stores and online for shipping nationwide, while supplies last. It consists of the following cookies:
- Classic Pina Colada - A pina colada cookie with coconut shavings and white chocolate chips.
- Classic Limoncello - A buttery lemon cookie with candied lemon pieces topped with sugar.
- Deluxe Filled Espresso Martini - An espresso dark chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips filled with mocha fudge sauce.
According to the fine print, while cocktail-themed, each of the Spring Baked cookies contain "0.0% alcohol by volume" although the Classic Pina Colada cookie does contain artificial alcohol flavoring.
