KFC's Juicy Whole Chicken features a whole butterflied/spatchcocked chicken that's then battered and deep-fried. It's available in either Original Recipe or Hot & Spicy.
There's quite a bit of lead time to get one as you have to pre-order it at least three days in advance.
Generally, you spatchcock a whole chicken to make sure that it cooks evenly and more quickly while still maintaining a whole bird for presentation (although chopping a chicken into pieces also ensures that it cooks evenly).
