California Pizza Kitchen Rolls Out 2023 Summer Menu

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) rolls out their 2023 summer menu, which features a number of returning seasonal dishes and two seasonal beverages.

Here's what you can expect to find on the seasonal menu at CPK:

- California Fields Salad - Watermelon, strawberries, and field greens. Tossed with basil in our house made Champagne vinaigrette and topped with Feta and pistachios. You can choose to add grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, sauteed salmon, or fresh avocado for an extra charge.

- Dynamite Shrimp - Crispy-fried shrimp tossed in house-made sweet & spicy sriracha sauce, and topped with slivered scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

- Strawberry Shortcake - A warm shortcake biscuit topped with strawberries, whipped cream, and house-made candied lemon zest. Vanilla Haagen-Dazs ice cream can be added for an additional charge.

- Summer Fruit Sangria - A mix of Belleruche Rose, Grey Goose vodka, and Monin Watermelon syrup, garnished with watermelon, strawberry, and mint.

- Sparkling Watermelon Cooler (non-alcoholic) - Fresh lime and soda water infused with a watermelon puree (made with watermelon and Monin Watermelon syrup), and garnished with watermelon.
