Potbelly Brings Back Lemon Cheesecake Cookie

The Lemon Cheesecake Cookie makes a limited-time, seasonal return to the Potbelly menu for spring 2023.

Potbelly's Lemon Cheeesecake Cookie features a lemon cookie embedded with cheesecake bites. As with the rest of the chain's cookies, they're baked in-shop daily.

The limited-time cookie joins a cookie selection that also include the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie, Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Brownie Cookie.
