Shake Shack's Bourbon Bacon Jam Burger features an Angus beef patty, American cheese, crispy-fried onions, ShackSauce, and bourbon bacon jam made with Maker's Mark Bourbon, served on a potato bun.
Prices for the burger varies but it goes for $9.59 for a single patty and $11.69 for a double patty near me.
Apparently, bacon jam is made by slow-cooking bacon, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, and spices (along with Mark's Mark in this case), and then running it through a food processor.
