An 11-oz meal was $5 on sale, which puts this as one of the more premium options as far as frozen meals go.
The chicken curry portion turned out pretty nicely with a pleasant aroma and a good amount of chicken. The liquid portion was moderately spicy with the appropriate curry flavor and a tomato base. The chicken was tender but retained a meaty texture and bite.
The rice was the typical parboiled type, which is to say the grains were distinct and don't catch flavors all that well. There was a good ratio of rice to curry so that I didn't end up with too much of one or the other.
The naan was also typical of what you typically find at the supermarket, which is to say it was more like a pillowy flatbread and had probably never seen the inside of a tandoor. It had a mostly uniform, tight crumb and did not crisp much after a trip in the toaster oven.
Overall, Sukhi's Chicken Curry turned out pretty well with a good mix of chicken, heat, and flavor. The rice and naan were middling but it's nice that naan was included at all.
