Del Taco Debuts New Brisket and Funnel Cake Fries

Del Taco debuts new Honey Chipotle BBQ Brisket in a number of menu items starting Thursday, August 24, 2023. They introduced new Funnel Cake Fries.

Available for a limited time at locations across the US, Del Taco's Honey Chipotle BBQ Brisket menu items feature pulled beef brisket that's been pit-smoked for 16 hours and smoky honey chipotle BBQ sauce. The brisket menu includes the following items:

- Honey Chipotle BBQ Brisket Quesadilla ($6.49) - A grilled tortilla filled with pulled beef brisket, smoky honey chipotle BBQ sauce, and melted grated cheddar cheese.

- Epic Honey Chipotle BBQ Brisket & Bacon Burrito ($8.99) - Pulled beef brisket, smoky honey chipotle BBQ sauce, crinkle-cut fries, bacon, grated cheddar cheese, and sour cream wrapped up in an oversized flour tortilla.

- Honey Chipotle BBQ Brisket & Bacon Fries ($6.99) - Crinkle-cut fries topped with smoky honey chipotle BBQ sauce, pulled beef brisket, ranch sauce, bacon, and grated cheddar cheese.

Also new are Del Taco's Funnel Cake Fries ($1.99), which are fried funnel cake fries dusted with powdered sugar.
