DoubleTree by Hilton partnered with Partake Foods, an allergy-friendly food company, to produce the cookie. The new cookie is "gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and free of the top nine allergens (wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, sesame, and shellfish)." They're made in a dedicated facility that's free of the same allergens and come individually wrapped to avoid cross-contamination.
