P.F. Chang's Introduces New "Lucky 8" Happy Hour Menu

P.F. Chang's introduces the new Lucky 8 Happy Hour menu as a discounted menu offered Monday through Friday, from 3 to 6 PM (may vary) at most P.F. Chang's restaurants across the US.

The new happy hour menu is so-named as it offers a selection of new cocktails and popular appetizers for $8 each.

Happy-hour-portioned appetizers on the menu include:

• Crispy Green Beans - Tempura-battered green beans served with signature spicy dipping sauce.
• Tempura Calamari - Crispy-fried calamari with hunan salt and wasabi aioli dipping sauce.
• Hand-Folded Crab Wontons - Wontons with a creamy crab filling, bell pepper, and green onion served with spicy plum sauce.
• Handmade Dumplings (steamed or pan-fried) - Pork or shrimp dumplings with a light chili sauce drizzle.

New cocktails on P.F. Chang's Lucky 8 Happy Hour menu include:

• Lychee Cosmo - Vodka, orange curacao, lime, cranberry, and lychee.
• Jade Mojito - White rum, lime, lychee, agave, club soda, and mint.
• Tropical Tiki - Spiced rum, bitters, pineapple, orange, and coconut.
• Sparkling Paloma - Tequila, togarashi agave, lime, grapefruit soda, and a salted rim.
