I went and bought one for $7.59.
The corn tortilla strips and crispy corn offered a southwest-type seasoning and a slight kick. The corn tortilla strips were largely overshadowed by the crispier, more robust corn kernels, which offered a texture similar to Corn Nuts only not as puffed up.
The poblano queso was cheesy and creamy with the necessary nacho cheese flavor and texture and just a bit of poblano flavor. I could have used a bit more of it instead of American cheese though as that would better drive home that nacho quality.
The spicy chipotle sauce seemed to be a mayo-based sauce but was only mildly creamy and a little thin with a slightly smoky, spicy note.
While the lone leaf of lettuce and tomato were pretty fresh, they seemed out of place here as the burger felt like more of a meat-and-cheese affair.
The jalapeno cheddar bun offered notes of toasted cheddar (but no crispy, toasted crunch) and occasional bursts of jalapeno heat. It was soft but a bit heartier than the Wendy's regular bun.
The beef patty was just warm rather than hot (despite a very short drive home) but had a loose, coarse texture and beefy flavor that went well with the cheese sauce.
While I wouldn't call it "loaded," Wendy's Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger turned out pretty well with the requisite cheese sauce and crunch of nachos combined with a solid burger. However, the tomato and lettuce seemed superfluous as both their taste and texture struggled to break through against everything else.
