The Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is the chain's most popular seasonal beverage and features Starbucks Signature Espresso mixed with steamed milk and pumpkin spice sauce, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger). Starbuck's pumpkin spice sauce features actual pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The drinks is available hot, iced, or blended.
The new Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso sees Blonde Roast Espresso shaken with apple brown sugar syrup (apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavors) and topped with oatmilk.
Also new is the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, which is a mash-up of a chai latte and Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. It features milk mixed with chai tea concentrate and then topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Returning drinks for fall 2023 include:
- Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato - Blonde Roast Espresso mixed with apple brown sugar syrup and oatmilk, topped with a spiced apple drizzle. It's available hot, iced, or blended.
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew - Cold Brew coffee mixed with vanilla syrup and topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice.
In the bakery case, you'll find the following seasonal items for the fall:
- New Baked Apple Croissant - A croissant wrapped around a warm apple filling and topped with sugar.
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin - A spiced pumpkin muffin topped with sweet cream cheese filling and chopped, spiced pepitas.
- Owl Cake Pop - A ball of vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipping in purple chocolaty icing and decorated with an owl face design
