The Pumpkin and Creme Pie and Pumpkin Spice Latte are back at select McDonald's restaurants across the US for fall 2023.

McDonald's Pumpkin and Creme Pie is a turnover-style baked pie with a dual filling of pumpkin pie filling and vanilla creme.

Prices and availability of the pies vary but my local McDonald's here in the Los Angeles area sell them for $1.19 each or two for $2.29.

McDonald's Pumpkin Spice Latte features espresso, milk, and pumpkin spice-flavored syrup.

Also available on the menu for a limited time is Iced Pumpkin Coffee, which is brewed drip coffee mixed with light cream and pumpkin spice-flavored syrup. Prices for the drink start at $2.99 for a medium.

You can also add pumpkin spice-flavored syrup to other McCafe beverages, such as hot chocolate, where available.
