The Habit Debuts New Korean BBQ Char Burger

The Habit debuts the new Korean BBQ Char burger for a limited time at participating locations chain-wide.

The Habit's Korean BBQ Char features a seasoned, char-grilled beef patty topped with teriyaki-sauce-marinated braised shredded beef and served with cabbage kimchi, soy garlic aioli, caramelized onions, green leaf lettuce, and tomatoes on a toasted brioche bun.

Prices for the new burger vary but it costs $8.99 near me in the Los Angeles area.

It should be noted that while kimchi and soy-garlic flavors are indicative of Korean cuisine, teriyaki sauce, while similar to a Korean BBQ (bulgogi-type) sauce, is Japanese in origin. That being said, the folks at the Habit probably went with teriyaki sauce as it's already stocked at their restaurants for the Teriyaki Char burger.
