The Spicy Truff Chicken Sandwich isn't all that different from the chain's regular Spicy Chicken Sandwich as it's the same sandwich (a crispy-fried chicken breast filet, spicy mayo, and barrel-cured pickles on a toasted brioche bun) only with Truff Spicy Mayo instead of Popeyes' Spicy Mayo. Truff Spicy Mayo is described as offering the "bold flavors of red jalapeno, rich creamy mayo, and black winter truffle."
Popeyes' Spicy Truff Chicken Sandwich carries a suggested price of $5.99 (may vary) and can be found now at participating Popeyes restaurants nationwide. While the sauce and sandwich are available, Popeyes is giving you the online option (through their app or website) to customize any savory menu item with a side of Truff Spicy Mayo. They're calling it the "Build Your Own" Truff menu. You can also buy a side of the new sauce by itself for $1.
Truff partnering with a fast food brand isn't all that unusual as they partnered with Taco Bell for Loaded Truff Nacho Fries just last year.
