Available now, Sweetgreen protein plates offer a trio of options. Each plate includes over 30 grams of protein cooked in extra virgin olive oil and a double portion of grains. The choices include:
- Miso Glazed Salmon Plate - According to Sweetgreen's this dish was inspired by a deconstructed sushi roll. It consists of a miso-glazed Atlantic salmon on a bed of nori-seasoned white rice, served with pickled onions, cucumbers, and half an avocado, topped with crispy onions and Spicy Cashew sauce.
- Southwest Chicken Fajita Plate - New herb roasted chicken, fajita veggies, shredded cabbage, white rice with umami seasoning, and black beans, topped with the Lime Cilantro JalapeƱo Vinaigrette and a drizzle of crema.
- Hot Honey Chicken Plate - A revamped dish with a new, larger portion of herb-roasted chicken served with herbed quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and veggie slaw, topped with crispy onions and a side of Hot Honey Mustard Dressing.
Along with the new plates, Sweetgreen is keeping on their summer salads and bowls permanently, which means the BBQ Chicken Salad and Italian Chopped Salad are available year round. Additionally the Elote Bowl will be available to order online.
