Capriotti's Introduces Gravy and Mashed Potatoes for Limited Time

Citing customer demand, Capriotti's adds gravy to the menu for a limited time as a complement to their signature, Thanksgiving-inspired The Bobbie sandwich. And, because they're adding gravy, they're also adding mashed potatoes as a side option.

Capriotti's house-made gravy is available as an optional side and is made each day with the drippings from their roasted whole turkeys. According to the sandwich chain, their gravy has "a golden-brown color with amazing taste and smooth texture" that goes well with any of their sandwiches.

Their mashed potatoes offer creamy, mashed red potatoes.

Prices vary but a side of gravy costs $2.59 here in the Los Angeles area, while a side of mashed potatoes is $5.99. A side of mashed potatoes and gravy is $5.79.

The Bobbie features roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo on a sub roll.

Both gravy and mashed potato options are available now for a limited time through January 15, 2024.
