The Steakmas Season Menu features a trio of new limited-time dishes, including:
- Bone-In Ribeye with Bourbon Onion - An 18-oz, bone-in ribeye steak topped with a caramelized Jim Beam bourbon onion (made with the same big onions they use for their signature Bloomin' Onion), bacon, and roasted garlic butter. The steak comes served with the choice of steakhouse potato and a side.
- Bloomin' French Onion Sirloin - A center-cut sirloin steak topped with melted Provolone cheese and Bloomin' Onion petals. It comes served with a mini side of French Onion Soup, a choice of steakhouse potato, and a side.
- Chocolate Tower - A 6-layer chocolate cake topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and served with raspberry sauce. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra charge.
Outback also brings back two holiday cocktails for this season:
- Gingerbread Cookie Martini - Absolut Vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, and Kahlúa shaken with the flavors of creamy vanilla and gingerbread and then topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a mini gingerbread cookie.
- Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned - Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Angostura bitters, and house-infused cinnamon pecan syrup, smoked with oak and garnished with an orange twist.
