It's $1.99 for a small cup in my area but I ended up getting it with a combo meal (because there was a $2 off coupon in the Wendy's app).
There's a peppermint aroma from the Cold Brew that hints at its flavor before I took a sip. In appearance, it looked like the regular Cold Brew except I noticed a faint rim of settled red syrup along the bottom of the cup.
Someone mentioned in the comments that the Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew tasted medicinal and I can see that as it's not that sweet. What you get is a cool peppermint note without much sweetness to go with a slight creaminess and a smooth coffee note. Given that, for me, the words "peppermint" immediately brings to mind those cheap red-and-white peppermint candies that restaurants sometimes deposit on the table with your check (or have in a bowl in the front for the grabbing), it's a bit weird to have a lightly sweet version.
Overall, Wendy's Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew was just okay. The light touch of peppermint flavor without the expected amount of sweetness just threw me off a bit.
