Salt & Straw Rolls Out 2023 Thanksgiving Ice Cream Flavors

Salt & Straw rolls out their annual Thanksgiving Series of ice cream and non-dairy frozen dessert flavors for 2023. The Thanksgivings Series offers a 5-course meal of ice cream flavors and this year's selection includes:

- Turkey Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce - Sweet cream ice cream with brioche bread pudding, crumbled turkey sausage, spices, and cranberry sauce.

- Cheesy Potato Casserole - Salted vanilla ice cream base with savory potato cheesecake and crispy cornflake crumble.

- Parker House Rolls w/ Salted Buttercream - Salted butter ice cream folded with lightly toasted pieces of buttered King's Hawaiian rolls with flaky sea salt.

- Mom's Mango Pie - Mango ice cream with mango curd and salty graham cracker crust crumbles.

- Pumpkin & Gingersnap Pie (vegan) - Spiced pumpkin pie frozen dessert (made with a coconut cream base) with sugared crust and molasses-spiked gingersnap.
