The $5 Cravings Box includes a Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium fountain beverage.
The meal represents Taco Bell's best value in recent years as the items purchase separately would cost (based on suggest national pricing):
- Chalupa Supreme - $4.59
- Beefy 5-Layer Burrito - $3.69
- Crunchy Taco - $1.79
- Cinnamon Twists - $1.00
- Medium fountain beverage - $2.39
That's a grand total of $13.46. Basically, if you like the Chalupa Supreme, you might as well get the box.
The individual items all cost more here in Los Angeles but my local Taco Bell has somehow always offered the $5 Cravings Box at the suggested price (usually the national value promotions get a slight markup).
They last brought the $5 Cravings Box back over the summer. You can expect it to stick around for a month or two.
