The Valentine's-friendly drink features a pink-and-brown layered color scheme made with milk mixed with a Red Velvet Swirl (a pink syrup with the flavors of red velvet cake with hints of cream cheese icing), topped with a float of two espresso shots. You can order it hot or iced. While it's available you can also get the Red Velvet Swirl added to a number of drinks, including lattes, drip coffee, cold brew, frozen coffee, and frozen chocolate. The Pink Velvet Macchiato was first introduced in January of 2020.
Dunkin's 2023 winter menu also features a number of new and returning fast food items. Here's what else you can expect to find:
- New White Hazelnut Bark Coffee - Available hot or iced, it's coffee mixed with the chain's seasonal Toasted White Chocolate Swirl and Hazelnut Swirl. "Swirl" is the chain's name for flavored syrups.
- New Frosty Red Velvet Specialty Donut - A red velvet cake donut topped with vanilla-flavored icing and cream cheese-flavored sprinkles.
- Pancake Wake-Up Wrap - Bacon or sauce, egg, and melted cheese folded inside a pancake and served with a side of maple syrup for dipping.
- Sweet Black Pepper Seasoned Bacon - It can be had as part of the Sweet Black Pepper Seasoned Bacon Sandwich and as Snackin' Bacon.
In addition to the 2023 winter menu, Dunkin' will be rolling out their Valentine's Day donuts nationwide on January 31, 2024. Dunkin's Valentine's Day Collection will include:
- Brownie Batter Donut - A donut filled with brownie batter-flavored buttercreme filling, topped with vanilla flavored icing and chocolate sprinkles.
- Cupid’s Choice Donut - A donut filled with Bavarian Kreme and topped with strawberry-flavored icing and pink sprinkles.
- Valentine’s Sprinkle Takeover and Heart Shaped Donuts - Select donuts will get Valentine's sprinkles instead of regular sprinkles and some donut will be available in a heart shape.
